Hey Everyone!

We are back with your weekly Quick Tips and to get things going again we are going to talk about knee pain. Now, there are an abundance of types of knee pain but we are specifically talking about managing minor knee pain that you may be experiencing while running, jumping, squatting or lunging. If you are experiencing any discomfort in your knees try adding in these three movements to your daily routine, or warm up, and hopefully you will find that they help to diminish that nagging pain you’ve been having.
