neck pain

According to a survey conducted by the National Institute of Health Statistics neck pain is the third most common type of pain for Americans.  Approximately two thirds of the population will experience neck pain throughout their lifetime.

Whether you neck pain is severe and debilitating or just some mild neck stiffness, the side effects of neck pain may often interfere with normal daily activities. Pain during sitting, turning your head, experiencing increased headaches and increased fatigue can all be associated with neck pain.

Because neck pain can present itself in a number of different ways, each case may be treated differently based on diagnosis. At Trilogy Wellness Center every patient receives a thorough initial evaluation. During this evaluation we take a thorough history, perform a postural evaluation, as well as a neurological and orthopedic exam, which all help to ensure that a proper diagnosis is made. From there a customized treatment plan is developed for each patient and the specific condition they are presenting with.
