Hey Everyone!

As a follow up to last weeks newsletter, here are 3 simple exercises you can try when you are experiencing acute SI Joint pain or dysfunction. What does acute mean? It means that the pain you are experiencing had a quick onset or is relatively new. The exercises in the video should hopefully quell some of the pain and discomfort you may be feeling. Next time you find yourself with low back pain give these exercises a whirl, and hopefully you will achieve some relief. And always remember, if your pain increases with these exercises, they may not specifically work for you, do not continue to do them.
